AT Electrical LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”) runs this website so customers can learn about our work and reach us. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address and message, and, if you choose to add them, your phone number and the kind of job.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure how visitors find and use the site. It collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site that sent you here, your approximate location (city level) and your type of device. It also tells us when someone taps our phone number or sends the contact form, but not what was said.

How we use information

• To answer your enquiry and follow up about your job.
• To understand how people use the site, so we can improve it.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information with the services that run the site and deliver your message:

• Resend (resend.com), which delivers contact form messages to our email inbox.
• Google, which provides the Gmail inbox where we receive and keep contact form messages and our replies, and Google Analytics, under Google's privacy policy. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Cloudflare (cloudflare.com), which hosts this website.
• Government or law enforcement, where the law requires it.

Cookies and your choices

Cookies are small files your browser stores for a website. Google Analytics sets these:

• _ga: tells one visitor from another. Lasts up to 2 years.
• _ga_<id>: keeps track of a visit in progress. Lasts up to 2 years.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them. You can also opt out of Google Analytics on every site with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so this site does not change its behavior when it receives one. You can still use the browser settings and opt-out described above.

How long we keep information

We keep contact form messages and our replies for as long as it is reasonable to follow up about your job, and after that as part of our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Google Analytics keeps detailed data for up to 14 months.

Where this site is meant to be used

This site is meant for visitors in the United States, and our services are offered in Northeast Tennessee. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
